1. Introduction and Definitions

fugi9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") operates an online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Member") and fugi9.

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• Account: Your registered personal profile on the Platform.
• Service: All gaming and related features provided through the fugi9 platform.
• Bonus: Promotional benefits offered to new or existing members.
• Turnover / Wagering: The total amount of bets required to make bonus or promotional funds eligible for withdrawal.
• Fair Play: The principle of playing fairly without using any fraudulent or unlawful methods.

fugi9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted those changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

fugi9 services are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. You must confirm your correct age at the time of registration. fugi9 may request a copy of a valid ID at any time to verify age.

2.2 Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in suspension or cancellation of all accounts. Information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

• You must register using your real name, mobile number, and payment details.
• Keep your account login credentials confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• Accounts may not be opened in the name of a corporate entity, business, or group.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or residence is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fugi9 may conduct an identity verification process (Know Your Customer) at any time in the interest of security and compliance. This process may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other documents. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the fugi9 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

Deposited funds must come from the user's own registered payment account. Funds deposited from third-party accounts or unauthorized sources may be forfeited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may be extended in certain cases due to KYC verification or security checks.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• fugi9 reserves the right to suspend unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests for investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fugi9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made immediately after registration, and any applicable promo code (if available) must be used.

4.2 Wagering Terms

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 (fifteen) times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, it becomes withdrawable only after completing ৳15,000 in wagers.

• Wagers placed on certain games may count toward wagering requirements at different rates.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

4.3 VIP Program

The fugi9 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through active gaming activity. The benefits and terms for each tier apply separately.

5. Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

5.1 General Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fugi9 platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of unauthorized software.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or conducting unlawful financial activities.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Disturbing, harassing, or threatening other players.
• Behaving inappropriately toward fugi9 staff.

5.2 Consequences

If you are found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, fugi9 may take the following actions:

• Temporarily or permanently closing the account.
• Forfeiting any earnings or bonuses obtained unlawfully.
• Providing information to law enforcement authorities if required.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

fugi9 is committed to protecting your personal information. We keep all data transfers secure using SSL encryption technology. Your personal information is never sold to third parties.

Information provided at the time of registration is used only for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and account management.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by fugi9

fugi9 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• No activity on the account for an extended period (more than 12 months).

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. All valid balances should be withdrawn before closing the account.

8. Responsible Gaming

Users may not do any of the following:

• Use fugi9 logos or brand elements without authorization.
• Attempt to analyze or reverse-engineer the platform's source code or software.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. fugi9 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform and strives to comply with all applicable legal provisions.

If any dispute reaches the stage of legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through Arbitration.
